Dawn Bates

PRESIDENT
World-traveler. Sky-diver. Bread-baker. Green-Bay-Packer-backer. Dog-lover. And 20-year-industry-veteran. Dawn is experienced in crafting strategies for new product launches and billion-dollar brands. She started her marketing career in insurance and law, then made her way to CPG where she spent almost a dozen years in integrated marketing at Kimberly-Clark before making the leap to agency life.
Lucas McClain

EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR
For 10+ years, Lucas has been directing digital campaigns, photography, fashion publications and several other advertising and marketing initiatives for clients including National Geographic, Disney, Capcom and Amazon. When he is not working, Lucas is enjoying time with his wife and two young children.
Tiffany Jacques

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Tiffany has been at Nomadic since 2010, first as an account director leading the Disney Parks account and shifting to an operational focus in 2017. She is an Arizona native and worked both client and agency-side in Phoenix prior to joining Nomadic.
When not at work, Tiffany enjoys pilates, reading, traveling and spending time outdoors with her two daughters, husband and dog.

Amy Gravesande

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
While she might have grown up in Arizona (Bear Down!), Amy identifies most with the 7+ years she spent in the Big Apple doing PR/Marketing for musicians, theater-makers, authors, and more. She joined Nomadic in early 2016 after a bitter fight with the winters in NYC. When she’s not working, she’s a marathoner (NYC finisher 2023), Bravo-binger, and mother who loves spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Katie Hughes

STRATEGY DIRECTOR
Driven by a profound curiosity about human nature and an unwavering commitment to understanding the driving forces behind people’s decisions, Katie is a strategist dedicated to unraveling the intricacies of consumer behavior through data and analytics. Katie has more than a decade of experience working with global, international, and national brands including Disney, Evian, Amazon, Capcom, and Ubisoft and has worked in markets around the world including New York, Paris, Moscow, Athens, and more. With this experience, she brings a diverse perspective and human approach to all aspects of strategy, marketing and branding.
Ashley Parks

CONTENT STRATEGY DIRECTOR
Ashley is a strategic thinker with a passion for all things social. She’s been in the industry more than a decade, balancing content strategy, creation, reporting and more for agencies in St. Louis and Phoenix. She’ll talk your ear off about Disney, Taylor Swift, sports and reading, or show you adorable pictures of her babies, Kenzie (human, 3) and Yadi (dog, 13).

Isabelle Carrels

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Isabelle was born and raised in Germany and after meeting her (now) husband during an exchange semester in 2014 in Minnesota ended up moving to the US and much warmer Arizona in 2016 to get her MBA and start a career in marketing. She joined Nomadic in 2019 and has enjoyed working on brands like Disney, NBC Universal, Amazon and Yasso.
Isabelle loves food, spending time outdoors (when it’s not an oven here) with her husband, daughter and dog.
Jaclyn Blanchette

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
A Chicago native, Jaclyn is a 2018 and 2019 Chicago Marathon finisher who moved to Phoenix in April 2021 to be a true Nomad and gain some elevation. Jaclyn received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Illinois University where she was a cheerleader and traveled to Miami for the Orange Bowl in 2013. Jaclyn enjoys going to the gym, running, hiking and any outdoor activity where she can be in the sun.
Lisa Bauer

SENIOR PRODUCER
With over a decade of agency experience, Lisa has managed all aspects of numerous productions, with a vast array of clients including Wendy’s, National Geographic and MGM Resorts International. In her free time, she is an avid sports fan, especially F1 and eagerly awaits the first Monday in May each year for fashion’s biggest night at the Met Gala. She also loves all things pop culture and the latest viral video.
Andrea Abbott

SENIOR PRODUCER
Andrea has worked over a decade in all facets of video: feature films, corporate video and commercials. She double majored in Film Production and Spanish at Ball State University in Indiana. Andrea’s lived in many places but has been in Arizona since 2012 to soak up all the sunshine and good Mexican food.When she’s not at work, she’s chasing her daughter around the house, reading books about dragons and sci-fi adventures, or binging shows with her husband and dog. She loves playing video games, doodling, and all things fantasy.
Kara Powell

MOTION DESIGNER
Kara began her career in the print world handling everything from design to production on projects ranging from publications to vehicle wraps. Ready to get out of the print world, she transitioned to Nomadic where the Disney Rewards blog takes up most of her time. When not at a computer, she enjoys hiking or chilling at home with her boys – hubby, puppy, 2 birds and 2 cats.

Rachel Noyes

ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Rachel is an ACD with over a decade of Advertising experience. She lives in Arizona with her husband and three dogs (Lemon, Margaret, and Lady Rainicorn the Second). When she’s not working you can find her trying a new bar downtown, attempting a DIY Home project or entering hermit mode in her at-home library (yes, that means she has over 1,000 books and yes she did count them and organize them by color).
Tyler Granneman

SENIOR ART DIRECTOR
Tyler was born and raised in a small Iowa town and quickly fell in love with all things creative. She joined Nomadic in 2014 and has worked on nearly every client within the agency over the years. When she’s not flexing her creative muscles at work, she’s hanging with her husband, son, and golden retriever, obsessing over her plants and keeping her garden alive in the Arizona heat.
Jonathan Marques

SENIOR ART DIRECTOR
Raised in Portugal, Jonathan was inspired by its traditional art and natural beauty to pursue a career in photography and design. He moved to NYC in 2009 where he found his footing as an Art and Creative Director. As an avid gamer, movie nerd and lover of anime, he’s since joined the Nomadic team fulfilling his life-long dream of creating great work for the brands he loved growing up.
Tori Tucker

SENIOR ART DIRECTOR
Tori is an Arizona native with a love of marketing and advertising. Having worked for two local agencies, she’s found a home at Nomadic working on Disney, Nat Geo, Yasso and many more amazing clients. She belongs to many fandoms including Disney, Star Wars, Star Trek, and Marvel and every Halloween she’ll be sporting a new Zoom background to celebrate the spooky season. When she’s not working, traveling, or going to a concert she is usually at Target.
Lindsay Curtis

SENIOR COPYWRITER
Lindsay is a copywriter with more than 10 years of professional writing experience. She was previously a news reporter and video journalist, covering everything from crime scenes to Las Vegas red carpets. Now she’s writing about MUCH happier things, primarily Disney Parks! Before joining the Nomadic team, Lindsay worked with a variety of clients including got2b, Dial, and Fox Restaurant Concepts.
When she’s not staring at a laptop screen, you can find Lindsay checking out a new restaurant, seeing a concert, or watching something on Bravo with her dog, Brody. Luckily, he’s also a big fan of Vanderpump Rules. Other interests include nerding out on true crime stories, all things Beyoncé, and making fun of herself.
Liz Lanier

COPYWRITER
A somewhat recent transplant to Arizona (2023), Liz Lanier is a dedicated writer with varied experience working as a copywriter, journalist, editor, and consultant. Her bylines can be found at TIME, Forbes, Variety, Game Informer Magazine, Polygon, and other publications. Liz went to undergrad at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she earned her B.A. in English with a minor in Journalism in 2014. She then graduated with an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2021, with a focus in fiction, leaving the North Star State with a vow to never live somewhere that cold again and a completed post-apocalyptic short story manuscript. Born and raised in Virginia, Liz has lived all over — from North Carolina to Washington to Georgia, and even on the other side of the globe in South Korea. She loves traveling, video games, podcasts, and all dogs.

Alonso López

PRODUCTION DESIGNER
Alonso is a passionate designer with over nine years of experience creating impactful work for non-profits. When he’s not designing, you can find him noodling on his guitar, playing video games, hitting the gym, or taking road trips with his wife.
