Social Media Coordinator


The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the planning, implementation and monitoring of clients’ social media accounts, as well as providing robust reporting on client initiatives.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong proficiency with social platforms as well as the ability to juggle multiple tasks with short-term and long-term deadlines.


  • Engage on social media channels, responding to customer questions, comments, and concerns and escalating issues that arise through proper channels.
  • Post relevant content in accordance with editorial plans and content calendar.
  • Review and QA all post content.
  • Enforce the Social Media Guidelines as defined by the client brands.
  • Identify, request, and manage library of user-generated content.
  • Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate and coordinate with project management, account service, production and strategy teams ensuring that community strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives.
  • Summarize insights and conversations to create client-facing reports that lead to actionable optimizations.


  • Professional experience in an agency, corporation or small business, as full-time, part-time or intern.
  • Experience in managing a variety of channels with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Proficiency with best practices for a range of social media platforms and tools.
  • High involvement on social platforms and a desire to stay up to date on the latest trends.
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm with a drive for creating positive outcomes.
  • Desire to contribute to agency culture.


Pending CDC travel guidance, this position requires occasional travel up to 20%, mostly domestic.
